Breitling Transocean Watches

The Transocean watch was released by Breitling in 1958 to enormous popularity by building on the success on the famous Navitimer watch. The understated design of the original Transocean watch featured an upscale and precise chronometer-certified self-winding COSC movement. Unrivaled contributions by Breitling to the aviation industry played a huge role in marketing the Breitling Transocean using the original slogan "Men who have faith in the mighty liners of the sky will trust the Transocean, for behind every Breitling wristwatch lies the experience of aviation precision." In 2012, Breitling chose to revive the Transocean collection with a new model that borrowed heavily from the traditions of the past Transocean design. Created as a chronograph watch the new Transocean watch from Breitling retained the understated design and COSC movement of the original Transocean but with a much larger 43mm case. Several years later Breitling updated the Transocean watch once again with the introduction of the Breitling Transocean Chronograph 38 watch featuring a restrained design of just 2 sub dials adorning the dial at 3 and 9 o'clock while the date window is moved to 6 o'clock completing the symmetrical dial of the Breitling Transocean watch which had been received by the public with great success due to its unisex design. Though the watch was originally designated as a ladies watch the Transocean Chronograph 38 became a popular choice for men as well. The self-winding chronograph movement of the Transocean watch are produced in the Breitling workshop and is chronometer certified. The Breitling Transocean watch features several dial variations including a black dial with stainless steel indices and hands or a silver dial featuring stainless steel or 18K gold hands, and finally a pure stainless steel featuring a stainless steel bracelet and stainless steel Roman Numerals. The Breitling watch can either be held by a stainless steel or leather bracelet which can easily be adjusted for comfort. As the line continues to expand the Breitling Transocean watch offers customers a wide range of spectacular wrist watches to choose from, with case colors in the watch that range from stainless steel to 18K rose gold or yellow gold, while the meticulously crafted dials can also feature a number of colors and styles including midnight blue, silver, black, steel, or guilloché silver. The Breitling Transocean watch have several choices for a bracelet between steel mesh and crocodile leather. Other features of the Breiling Transocean Chronograph watch include a power reserve of about 70 hours, 1/4th second chronograph, 47 jewels, a dial aperture calendar, and water resistance of up to 100m. Ultimately, the Breitling Transocean watch, which embodies elegance, is suited for fashionable, trendy and stylish individuals.
